Brothers in arms - artbook scan

The artwork is traditionally made with watercolour, coloured pencils and liners. It depicts two companions - warrior and horse, in a less common manner than usual. Rather than being a rider and his steed, the two are both ready to face battle as equals. They're adorned with traditional slavic inspired embroidery on their armor, using visual symbolism to further make the connection between the two obvious and recognizable. The background was kept minimal to not distract the viewer too much from the pair and detailed enough to bring the piece together.
