Dans un monde où les divinités font partie du quotidien de tout être vivant, Yann, accompagné d'Oléo, mène des recherches sur la mythologie. Les deux hommes sont bientôt rejoints par Liselotte, une jeune fille à la poursuite d'informations sur ses origines. Tous les trois voyagent à travers le continent d'Aegan étudiant les récits locaux et en aidant leur prochain. Mais leur travail quotidien est chamboulé de plus en plus souvent par des évènements étranges et il semblerait qu'ils soient mêlés à un conflit qui efface les frontières entre les êtres mortels et éternels..
