Il y a de nombreux siècles, une explosion mystérieuse a secoué le sol du cratère de Chicxulub au Mexique. L’origine de cette détonation demeure un mystère à ce jour. Suite à l’explosion, une brèche s’est ouverte, reliant la Terre à un autre monde. De cette brèche, des entités démoniaques ont émergé, entraînant la Terre dans un conflit avec les démons. Pour se défendre, les humains ont été dotés d’un grimoire impérial pour révéler leurs capacités invisibles. On nomme ce processus d’apprentissage la formation à la magie. Cependant, la guerre contre les démons a pris un tournant inattendu lorsqu’un être unique est né de la fusion entre un humain et un démon.
