Justice Boy raconte l'histoire d'Anthony, un jeune homme ordinaire qui ne voit pas plus loin que sa calvitie naissante et son crush pour Fabien. Mais ça c'était avant sa rencontre avec Gallopo, une créature mi-cheval mi-escargot à la chevelure chatoyante. Gallopo est le gardien d'un ancien pouvoir qui va transformer Anthony en magical boy. Grâce à ses poses héroïques celui-ci va combattre les mangespoir, des monstres qui plongent les êtres humains dans une profonde dep. Malheureusement, Justice Boy devra affronter un ennemi encore plus redoutable.
