Des éssaies scientifiques des USA ont au 23ème siècle ont libérer un gaz nommé l’oxat qui a transformé une partie des humains en créature humaine surpuissantes :l’oxat. Très vite , ces humains que l’on appelle les Kyons , sont devenus un danger pour la population. On a donc créer des armes permettant de stopper leurs pouvoirs et on les a enfermés dans un dôme immense nommé Vrata. Pour gagner leurs libertés, ils doivent sortir vainqueur d’un grand jeu organisé par les hommes normaux , les grands polems...
