En 2039 une lumière apparaît dans le ciel, au bout d'un an elle explosa. Cette explosion a créé une nouvelle énergie Eco, certaine ville sont en gravité, et une organisation a été crée pour travailler sur l'énergie, et des humains ont obtenu des pouvoirs on les appelles les Mutants. 10 ans plus tard une scientifique et un soldat découvre le secret de l'organisation et décide de former une équipe pour détruire l'organisation.
