Aiko est un jeune garçon qui a été déporté et utilisé, comme de nombreuses personnes, comme cobaye. Après de longues années d'expériences sur eux, ils se sont retrouvé dotés de pouvoir. Aiko est déterminé à montrer la véritable face du gouvernement, qui l'a enfermé, au monde et de rétablir la paix. Cependant, il sera poursuivit par des chasseurs travaillant pour le compte du Roi, et une organisation appelée Tatsuku.
